Shipping
Made to order. Ships in 1 to 3 business days. I ship from Texas by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, and I email you the tracking number when it's on its way.
USPS says that takes 2 to 5 business days. That's their estimate, not a promise from me.
Shipping is the live USPS rate for your box. The cart shows it once you enter your ZIP, before you pay.
US addresses only for now. Double check yours at checkout, because that's where the box goes.
If the mail goes wrong
If your order shows up damaged, email me a photo and I'll replace it or refund it.
If tracking stalls, or it says delivered and nothing's there, email me. I'll chase it with USPS. If it's lost, I'll send another or refund you.
Shipping on a replacement is on me.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or an exchange. Email hello@nyxthecelestial.com with your order number.
I'll send you a prepaid label. Return shipping is on me.
Send it back unused and in the shape it arrived. A head base that's been cut, glued, foamed or furred can't come back.
Once it's here, I refund what you paid for the item to the card you used. The original shipping charge isn't refunded unless the mistake was mine.
For an exchange, I make the replacement once the first one is back, and I cover shipping it out to you. If the new one costs more or less, we settle the difference.
Custom work
Custom work is final sale. That's anything I quote through the custom work page: custom sizes, custom eye blanks, design work and prints of your own files.
Picking your colors on a regular listing doesn't count as custom.
If I got it wrong or it arrived broken, that's different. Email me a photo and I'll fix it, remake it or refund it.
Cancelling
Changed your mind? Email me as soon as you can. If I haven't started printing, I'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Bought on Etsy or Mercari
Those orders go through those sites and follow their rules. Start your return there.
