Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Payment runs through Stripe and is charged when you place the order.
If I can't make an order, like when a price was wrong or I'm out of a material, I'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Made to order
Everything is 3D printed for your order. Layer lines, small marks where supports came off and slight color differences between rolls of filament are normal. Colors can also look different on your screen.
Sizes on the product pages are approximate. Real prints can be off by a little.
Shipping and returns
The details are on the shipping and returns page. Returns and exchanges are open for 14 days, return shipping is on me, and custom work is final sale.
Custom work
Custom work starts with a quote by email. Nothing is charged until you've agreed to a price.
Only send files and art you have the right to have printed. If a design belongs to someone else, get their OK first.
I can turn down a request.
Designs
Some prints here are made from other designers' models, and they're credited on those product pages. Buying a print doesn't include the design file or the right to copy it.
Safety and care
These are costume parts and hobby prints. They aren't toys, and they aren't safety gear. A head base isn't a helmet and won't protect you in a fall or a crash.
- Magnetic lids and eye blanks hold small, strong magnets. Keep them away from kids and pets. Swallowed magnets are a medical emergency.
- If you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, keep magnets away from it.
- Small pieces can be a choking hazard. They aren't for children under 3.
- Prints can warp in high heat. Don't leave them in a hot car or in direct summer sun.
- What you build onto a head base is your build: foam, fur, fans, electronics. Check your fit, vision and airflow before you wear it out.
- Suits get hot. Take breaks and drink water.
- The vest hanger is for hanging gear in a closet. Don't use it to lift, climb or hold anything over people.
If something's wrong
If something I sold you is defective, I'll replace it or refund it.
Past that, as far as the law allows, my responsibility for an order stops at what you paid for it. I'm not responsible for indirect losses, like a missed event.
Law
These terms follow Texas law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The terms on the day you ordered are the ones that apply to your order.
