A 3D printed bat head base in rigid ABS or 64D TPU.
64D TPU is hard and thin. It holds its shape but gives a little, so it survives travel, drops and long con days. ABS has zero flex if you'd rather build on a firm base.
Every base comes with eye blanks made to fit it. They pop in from the front, and the eyelash edge keeps them from falling inward. Add magnetic lids for $5 and the eyelids snap on and off.
Tell me the eye blank color in the note. Want fully custom eye blanks? Say so in the note and I'll reach out for your ref sheet so we can work out the design.
A note on fit: thick fabric or liner can make the blanks hard to press in, and thin fabric can leave them loose. If you need them a little bigger or smaller, message me and I'll sort it out.
